With this charter, the ENERGISME group makes commitments to all its customers and prospects regarding the protection of their personal data. 

As part of our activities and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals (RGPD / GDPR compliance) with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, the ENERGISME Group is committed to ensuring the protection, confidentiality and security of the personal data of the users of its services, as well as to respecting the privacy of its customers and prospects.

The personal data that may be collected are the following:

Account creation and follow-up: when you create your account, your name, first name, postal address, e-mail address, logo and history of your data as well as your connection data are kept in the logs.

Connection to the portal: your login data, web browser and IP address are recorded.

Information from third parties: your personal data may have been transmitted to us, with your prior consent, by our partners or by form on our website https://energisme.com.

Contact: when filling out the contact form on the website https://energisme.com, are collected your name, first name, postal code, email address and your message. 

Cookies: cookies collect certain information such as your IP address, information about the computer used for browsing, the connection mode, the type and version of the Internet browser, the operating system and other technical identifiers or the URL address of connections, including the date and time, as well as the content accessed. B. Collect personal data from customers and prospects in a fair and transparent manner

The ENERGISME group uses your personal data in order to:

  2. Offer you services according to your browsing history and preferences
  3. Verify and authenticate your data
  4. Respect our legal and regulatory obligations 
  5. Optimize the functionality of the portal

C. Take the necessary measures to ensure the security of personal data

The ENERGISME group ensures the protection of the personal data entrusted to it.

The ENERGISME group puts in place the organizational, software, legal, technical and physical means to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, so as to prevent their damage, deletion or access by unauthorized third parties.

The information system, the servers and the networks that the ENERGISME group uses to process and store personal data are equipped with security and protection systems (data encryption, firewall, redundancy, backup on the Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Access to your personal data is strictly limited to employees and agents of the ENERGISME group, authorized by reason of their functions and bound by an obligation of confidentiality. Moreover, the ENERGISME group makes its employees aware of the protection of personal data made available to them within the framework of their functions.

The information collected may be communicated to third parties linked to the company by contract for the execution of subcontracted tasks necessary for the management of the platform and the data, without your authorization being necessary. It is specified that, within the framework of the execution of their services, the subcontractors have access to your data and have a contractual obligation to use them in compliance with the provisions of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.

Apart from the cases set out above, the ENERGISME group undertakes not to sell, rent, transfer or give access to your data to third parties without your prior consent, unless it is obliged to do so for a legitimate reason (legal obligation, fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of the rights of defence, etc.).

D. Inform customers and prospects of their rights with respect to personal data

In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 modified by the far° 2018-493 of June 20, 2018 (JO of June 21, 2018) relating to data processing, files and freedoms and the European regulation n°2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016 (applicable as of May 25, 2018), you have:

  3. A right of opposition, free of charge, to the use by the ENERGISME group of this information for commercial prospecting purposes

You can exercise the above-mentioned rights by mail to the ENERGISME group entity that manages your contract, subject to the production of valid proof.
