With this charter, the ENERGISME group makes commitments to all its customers and prospects regarding the protection of their personal data.

Account creation and follow-up: when you create your account, your name, first name, postal address, e-mail address, logo and history of your data as well as your connection data are kept in the logs.

Contact: when filling out the contact form on the website https://energisme.com, are collected your name, first name, postal code, email address and your message.

The information system, the servers and the networks that the ENERGISME group uses to process and store personal data are equipped with security and protection systems (data encryption, firewall, redundancy, backup on the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Access to your personal data is strictly limited to employees and agents of the ENERGISME group, authorized by reason of their functions and bound by an obligation of confidentiality. Moreover, the ENERGISME group makes its employees aware of the protection of personal data made available to them within the framework of their functions.
The information collected may be communicated to third parties linked to the company by contract for the execution of subcontracted tasks necessary for the management of the platform and the data, without your authorization being necessary. It is specified that, within the framework of the execution of their services, the subcontractors have access to your data and have a contractual obligation to use them in compliance with the provisions of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.
Apart from the cases set out above, the ENERGISME group undertakes not to sell, rent, transfer or give access to your data to third parties without your prior consent, unless it is obliged to do so for a legitimate reason (legal obligation, fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of the rights of defence, etc.).

In case of modification of this data, in particular in case of change of telephone number, the Customer can proceed to the modifications directly on his customer space or must inform the ENERGISME group by contacting the Customer Service
- A right of opposition, free of charge, to the use by the ENERGISME group of this information for commercial prospecting purposes
You can exercise the above-mentioned rights by mail to the ENERGISME group entity that manages your contract, subject to the production of valid proof.
