GRESB or Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark

The GRESB or Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark is an international organization for the environmental labelling of real estate assets. Their objective is to highlight assets that "meet today's constraints without compromising future generations" by :

- Comparing the ESG performance of real assets
- Providing standardized and validated data to financial markets
